Customized Corporate Training is an exciting initiative at New England Institute of Technology's Center for Technology and Industry. The corporate training offered at New England Institute of Technology is designed for companies and organizations looking to update their employees' existing skills or acquire new technologies. Companies with as few as 4 participants may take advantage of our Customized Corporate Training.

Utilizing our resources and over sixty years of technical education experience, we can customize training programs that allow you to exclusively utilize our expertise and equipment. Our classes are designed to offer the highest level of quality and most up to date hands-on activities in an instructor led environment. New England Tech has a core of experienced professionals recruited from business and industry to implement your program, either on our campus or at your facility.

CTI evaluates your exact needs by conducting a training audit of your company. We then work closely in collaboration with our clients to design programs that will best suit their technical training needs, goals and budgets. Training is then conducted and upon completion, the results are evaluated.

Rhode Island employers may contact The Center for Technology and Industry for information on funding tax credits that might be available through the State of Rhode Island Employee Investment Grant, the Excellence Through Training Grant, Job Creation Grant, and the Rhode Island Job Training Tax Credits.

What Our Customers Say

Here’s what our customers say about The Center for technology and Industry …

"New England Institute of Technology is a proven leader in the area of career development and technology. As the Commander, I am proud to have a stong partnership with an organization that prides itself on leadership, commitment, and a level of expertise that is demonstrated consistently by the staff and instructors of this outstanding institution."

Major Juan Howie
Commanding Officer
United States Army Reserve (98th Division)

"The New England Institute of Technology, through the Center for Technology and Industry, developed a comprehensive refrigeration and cooling program, which enhanced the skills of our technical maintenance work force. This program allowed new and existing employees to enhance their abilities to respond to critical business needs. We expect the relationship between NEIT and Pfizer to continue to grow as we develop additional technical training needs."

John Pistolese
Manager, Facility Management
Pfizer, Inc

"New England Tech has proven itself to be a true partner in education and industry. NEIT has been quick to recognize the unique technical training needs of EMC and provides the company with multiple work force training solutions. We are happy and fortunate to enjoy such a satisfying relationship with one of the region's education leaders."

Christine Karmeris
Human Resource Manager
EMC Corporation

"NEFI began conducting its Rhode Island courses through New England Tech over 15 years ago. To say that we have been delighted with their efforts is an understatement. Their approach to hands-on technical training has been totally professional. We hope to continue our relationship for years to come."

Michael S. Markarian
Vice President
New England Fuel Institute

"When we met with NEIT and they reviewed our current CAD usage, we were shocked to learn that LDL was using less that 12% of the program's (AutoCAD Architecture) capabilities. LDL sent our entire staff for training and honestly it was worth every penny and hour spent. The firm has tripled our production and corrections have been cut. We would recommend to any architect or engineering firm, investigate the benefits of learning the power of CAD with NEIT."

Gary M. Lepore, AIA NCARB
President
LDL Studio Inc.
